Yes, we charge $35.00 to come out diagnose the problem and provide you with a written quote for the repairs. Finding the problem can sometimes involve cutting of sheetrock, use of sewer cameras, and other trouble shooting methods. This trip charge covers the cost of the time and labor involved in the diagnosis.
We are based out of Loganville, GA 30052 serving Decatur, Stone Mountain, Tucker, Rockdale, Walton and Gwinnett counties.
Our office is open from 7am-7pm Monday through Friday and 7 am-3pm on Saturdays. We are closed on Sundays.
